MAXIMA SYSTEMS

World's first pocket-sized receiver! The Maxima receiver is the most technically advanced dog retrieval system on the market today. It is a fully synthesized receiver, and is programmable for 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 collars. It tracks Tracker collars or collars you already own - simply input your collars, as well as your friends' and hunting partners' collars. It's quick and easy!

To use, simply unfold the antennas and turn it on. Choose the self-adjusting "automatic mode" for rapid direction finding or if the signal is week or you need more precision, choose the "manual mode". Manual mode allows you to control the gain for fine-tuning direction. There is a computer processor to control operations in both the automatic and manual modes.

The large LCD and excellent speaker provide you with two methods to determine the direction to your collars. The back-lighting system for the LCD allows easy day or night use and the only power requirement is two nine-volt batteries. An automatic shut-off after five minutes assures a long battery life. The patented, fold down antennas, the splash proof design, and the CNC milled body allow this system to come with a 10 year warranty on the body and antenna, and 3 years on the electronics (you may also choose to extend the 3 year warranty to 5 years for a one-time $50 upgrade fee). The FCC rates the system as 12 miles line of sight, with 2-1/2 to 4 miles normal in the Ozark Mountains, and 4 - 7 in rolling mid-western terrain, and the full 12 miles in areas like West Texas. Like all Tracker receivers, the Maxima is lightweight (14 ounces), and folds for easy storage into a holster or a pocket.

EXTRA COLLARS FOR MAXIMA AND SUPRA SYSTEMS

The Tracker Collar: The top of the line collar/transmitter. Used with both the Maxima and Supra Receivers, the hunter will enjoy years of solid use from the "hi-tech" transmitter. The transmitter is encased in solid aluminum protecting it from the elements. The batteries are in water tight casing with gold-plated leads to protect them from corrosion. With a variety of option packages available, the Tracker collar offers the hunter many advantages.

A battery-warning signal is standard on all Tracker collars (excpet the combo). When the battery life is rated at ten hours or less, a special signal is sent to the transmitter, allowing the hunter to change batteries before the next use. Options include the Tree Switch which will provide the hunter with a quicker "beep" to let him know when the dog has his game treed. And the most innovative feature: a bark indicator! Using synthesized, computer information, the hunter can tell immediately if his dog is on trail and barking - or if the barking dog he hears is even his. The bark indicator provides the hunter of a quiet dog the opportunity to "hear" the dog before getting within actual hearing range. On the other hand, if the hunter hears a barking dog, but his receiver is not picking up the barking sound, the hunter will know immediately that his dog is not that specific spot, and he can continue to track the dog along the same or similar line.

Supra Lite: The same aluminum body and battery changing capability as the Supra, however, it only weighs 3.5 ounces, is AKC approved for field trials, and meets AFTCA standards for field trials. Available with motion sensor or tree switch options.
