EASY INSTALLATION Can be installed in any wooden door up to 1 ž" thick or any wall up to 11" thick will wall kit.

SECURITY Door can only be locked or unlocked from the inside for security and pet control.

HEAVY-DUTY FRAME CONSTRUCTION WITH DOUBLE ACTING HINGE Anodized aluminum frame with threshold for easy installation. Door closes quietly and automatically with concealed hinge.

Return Policy The Carlson flap is a heavy flap. It is not recommended for dogs or cats under 20lbs. Please make sure your pet can use this door before installing it. If you need to return it for a refund or exchange, it needs to be in the original condition in order to receive full credit. The manufacturer charges a 15% restocking fee if door is returned. We have to pass that along to the consumer.
