She did get the static shock ONCE. Thats all it took. Now, and it seems as if its a payback, all she does is leave her droppings close to the scat mat. Its as if she is saying, I am smarter than you -- fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. She wont get fooled again. So, as I say, scat mat just sits there waiting, but never receiving, a next victim. It certainly wont be my smart little dog--she has seen the light. All in all, it just seems like a novelty item.
